He is a Chartered Surveyor with over thirty years experience and he has dealt very extensively with rating work right from the start of his career, now specialising in this area of surveying practice. His professional experience includes five years with the Valuation Office Agency-the government body responsible for drawing up Rateable Values and defending appeals against these.
